Ordered a trailer with a 20 week lead time. Ok fine. Covid has screwed us all.

It finally arrived after 24 weeks. Stuff happens. They call me and explain cost of the trailer has increased in that 20 week time and they don’t want to lose money on it. I’m a business owner so I understand and agree to a price increase because support small businesses to get them their profit margins they wanted. It seemed fine cause I was still getting the trailer I ordered and wanted.

I drive 4 hours and waste about $50 in fuel to get it.

I arrive and speak to the guy at the counter and we walk out to the lot to go look at it finally. As we are walking to the line of trailers I notice that there isn’t a single silver trailer in the line. I bring it up and he says “oh they sent black instead.”

They don’t just send black. You ordered the wrong color. Especially since there is gray and white available as well.

Well thats a problem, cause if I’m buying a brand new trailer I want the color I ordered.

All they could do is give me my deposit back. No other trailers availible. And I wasted another 4 hours of my life and more in fuel driving back.

Sucks because I was going to also buy a dump trailer and more.

Do not reccomend.
