We came in with a issue with installing a receiver hitch. Upon taking a look at the situation, the sales guy proceeded to drag our situation through the mud, taking care to highlight how poor our decision was. He told us it needed “major surgery ” and recommended not getting it installed at all.

So, we took it to another shop for a second opinion, and they got it sorted out quickly and easily, and they never insulted our situation.

Maybe it was just the sales guy we got, but the belittling and lack of actual help was a poor representation of this business.
