I had an electrical issue with the brakes of my Ozark 20 foot trailer not engaging on the trailer. The Ozark team to honor their warranty, began work at 7:30 AM prior to their opening once their maintenance team arrived. They diagnosed the problem, immediately fixed it and I was back on the road. No make an appointment or wait till we get to it. Quality trailers with a company that goes above and beyond to honor their warranty. I will definitely be buying my next trailer there.
