BUYER BEWARE! I recently (July, 2020) purchased a custom built, made-to-order trailer from Ozark, only to be absolutely throughly disappointed. A picture is worth a million words, so please take a look at the trailer they sold me before you make a decision to purchase from Ozark. What went so wrong? Let’s begin:
First, the paint quality is horrendous, Ozark does NOT use a Direct-to-metal paint OR any primer on their trailers, so you can expect a trailer that looks 20+ years old when it turns into a rust bucket after your first year.
Secondly the craftsmanship is utterly embarrassing and cheap. The “pressure treated” wood is nothing more than Pine and screwed to the frame with only 1 screw in the center of the board, thus allowing your boards to warp and curl. As for the layout, nothing on the trailer is square, even, or symmetrical.
Third, the structural welding all over the trailer look like they were done by an amateur. They were riddled with gas pockets and penetrations. Then, when the trailer was put under some weight, the front jack bent and collapsed underneath the frame. Loads of raw, sharp metal edges.
