Trailer floor boards were not spliced on floor cross pieces. Ozark offered to fix by taking to a local shop or bring back to shop. There way of fixing was to weld two cross pieces under the boards. Buying a brand new trailer wanted them to replace flooring correctly. We live 3 hours away. So we now will be pulling floor boards off a brand new trailer and replacing. Thank you for response. Will be redoing floor and send you bill.
