Asked for pictures of a trailer before diving 5 hrs to get it. Was told they don’t have time to take pictures. “This is why I have a webpage with thousands of pictures of my products.”

Told the gentleman good luck.

His response:

“Don’t need luck here, I’m very well here. Just don’t have anyone working full time to take pictures of the thousands of trailers that go in and out of here. Have all the pictures online at your convenience, but it seems as if you didn’t want to look. Thanks. Bye”

Arrogant, rude, and unprofessional.
